Four short years ago, Todd Jones helped us find our condo in a perfect location, and this fall, he helped us to sell it. While he provided excellent service on the purchasing end and kept in contact with us throughout the years, this particular review is regarding the selling process. As we were deciding to sell, we first had a meeting to discuss whether continuing to own the condo and renting it out would be an option for us. Todd provided us with the facts we needed, and ultimately, we decided to sell our condo. Once we made the decision, we had another meeting with Todd to discuss the details – from the listing price to needed improvements, he explained us his strategy to help us maximize the selling price. As he did this, he made sure that we had all of the facts and reminded us that ultimately the decisions were up to us. He also provided us with reasonably priced and reliable references for the vendors we needed (painting, staging, even a moving company). With Todd’s help, we received 14 offers on our home within a week of listing it and went from listing to closing day in just four weeks. We had already moved out of state, and Todd kept us up to date throughout the entire process with excellent communication skills. In the world of Los Angeles real estate, our condo was definitely at the lower end of pricing; however, throughout the entire process, the level of service Todd provided us with made us feel as though it was a multi-million-dollar property. Our only regret is that we moved out of state and will not be able to request his assistance in finding our next home.

This is the 5th real estate transaction we've done with Todd in 2 years. As you can imagine everyone is trying to get our business but we aren't using anyone else! Todd never pressures you into a decision either way. Even when everyone else will and would be just won't. He has this way of pushing on your behalf very aggressively while being so chill and zen on the other side. It's the perfect combo of good cop bad cop. :) There's a lot at stake w/ real estate and he's been an amazing partner. Our last transaction was a 2.1 million dollar house we purchased in Pasadena and it could not have been more tricky! He's very versatile too! He's got integrity and I really can't recommend him enough!
